About

Cherele is a Florida-born, Los Angeles-based rapper, multi-hyphenate creative, carving her own path with intention. Rooted in Southern influence, her music blends sharp lyricism, raw energy, and a presence that feels both effortless and self-assured.

A two-time Rolling Loud performer with sync placements across HBO, Netflix, and the WNBA, Cherele has built her career independently, developing a sound and identity that moves across spaces without losing its core. Her latest project, TALE OF AN UNDERDOG, reflects that journey. Centered on resilience, transformation, and self-definition, the project captures what it means to keep going, even when the odds don’t favor you.

Beyond the music, Cherele plays a direct role in shaping her visual world, directing and editing her own content to create something cohesive and fully her own. It’s an approach grounded in ownership - that of her image, her narrative, and her evolution as an artist.

With upcoming performances, including an appearance at the Touch Grass Festival, she continues to bring that vision into live spaces, connecting with audiences who see themselves in her story.

In a city full of artists trying to break through, Cherele isn’t waiting for recognition. She’s building something lasting, on her own terms.
